Analyzing Data

Off-Market Resource

KOI use its own/partner's network to get projects, which are usually not available to common investors.

Analyzing Graphs

Due Diligence

Each project is strictly screened, and the projects passed are the most stable and the safest.

Exempted Asset Management Fee

KOI charges ZERO Asset Management fee, because we are not mutual funds dealing with investor's funds. All investors’ funds are managed by third-party banks. When the project starts, the investor's funds are transferred to the investment project by a third-party bank.

In a Meeting

KOI Investment Fund

KOI will build an investment fund used to protect the investor's interests, which is equivalent to buying an insurance for the investor's investment amount. If the project fails to reach the expected goal of investment, KOI will use the funds to ensure that the expected period of return is met and the amount of return is in line with expectations.
